As an ARM, you will work alongside Relationship Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of banking, investment, and credit solutions to clients. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, handling day-to-day requests, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client servicing, including account operations, transaction support, and general queries.
- Partner with Relationship Managers in preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentation materials.
- Ensure smooth execution of client transactions across a wide range of banking, investment, and credit products.
- Oversee client onboarding, account opening, and periodic KYC/AML reviews in line with MAS regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, while proactively monitoring for compliance and risk issues.
- Work closely with product specialists and internal partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Support client engagement activities, including events, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in Private Banking, with recent experience in a similar ARM role within a private bank.
- Strong knowledge of private banking products (investments, FX, credit, structured solutions) and MAS regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa, Thai) are highly valued for regional client coverage.
