Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations
- Set up POS product listings and pricing; monitor for errors and stock discrepancies
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Conduct monthly sales analysis by product/menu
- Track sales trends to identify popular and underperforming items
Store Management
- Conduct opening and closing checks
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment conditions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage store ambiance including lighting and music
Staff Management
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules
- Monitor attendance and support general HR admin
- Train new employees (especially part-time staff)
- Coordinate part-time shift coverage and replacements when needed
Customer Service
- Handle customer feedback and compensation if needed
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, social media, etc.)
- Manage VIP and regular customer interactions (reservations, special service)
Inventory & Ordering
- Communicate with suppliers, track costs, and coordinate deliveries
- Manage food safety standards (expiration dates, storage conditions)
- Order ingredients for butchery, dining, and retail departments
Marketing Support
- Manage Instagram and social media content (captions, stories, planning)
- Plan content for seasonal promotions and offline events
- Assist in product promotion campaigns
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week
- 44 hours per week (in accordance with MOM regulations)
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
