Introduction:
The Process Technician is responsible for monitoring and sustaining production processes to ensure product quality and operational efficiency. This role involves statistical process control, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and supporting shift operations in a cleanroom environment.
Your Job :
- Monitor and sustain process control (SPC) to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Review ESPC charts using SPACE and monitor qualified processes using statistical tools.
- Set up recipes and job files in all metrology tools within the module; perform regular housekeeping of production job files.
- Perform 12-hour shift duties to support production operations and ensure tool integrity.
- Retrieve data for lots affected by tool faults and manage disposition with minimal hold time.
- Provide accurate passdown of line issues, follow-up tasks, and documentation (e.g., checklists).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), carry out CAS per specifications, and execute SPSR accurately and promptly.
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety practices in both fab and office areas.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the electrical/electronics industry.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Team player with flexibility to support overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
