Local Planner Personnel
1. Review and plan order quantity of DC SKUs for those suppliers under their account taking order lead time & MOQ & DOS into consideration
2. Create PO in SAP and then liaise with suppliers and warehouse personnel to ensure stocks are received timely and accurately
3. Ensure offer SKUs stocks are ordered and managed sufficiently for stores to order during offer period
4. Managing receiving volume into DCs with liaison with team members
5. Manage high inventory and aging stocks
6. Manage and liaise with suppliers on returns of SSL and damaged stocks
7. Process stock allocation for stores when required
8. Handle ad hoc inventory queries of stores/CMs for SKUs under their responsibilities
9. Any other inventory matters relating to the range of SKUs under their care
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skill Set Requirement:
1. Inventory Knowledge covering order and stock management etc
2. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet to tabulate and analyze data
3. SAP Knowledge in MM module is preferred
4. Good communication and teamwork skill
