We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support & Sales Associate. In this hybrid role, you’ll not only provide top-notch support to our customers but also identify opportunities to recommend solutions, upsell products or services, and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, and offering the best solution
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities by upselling or cross-selling relevant solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Continuously improve knowledge of company offerings and support procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to multi-task, stay organised
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft softwares
