Job Description:
The Associate/Senior Associate will be expected to work closely with senior management in executing various transactions and also manage a team of Analysts
Job responsibilities:
Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior team
- You need to assist in the preparation of marketing documents / presentations, including teasers, information memorandums and management presentations
- Able to develop financial analyses to support deal process, including (1) creation of financial models -operating models/Pro-forma earnings and (2) preparation of valuation analyses - DCF, SOTP and/or comparable company analysis (precedent transaction and trading)
- Able be a reliable contact person for conducting and coordinating any client due diligence processes
Manage client engagement through:
- Able to maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquires & obtaining appropriate information to execute assignments
- You need to coordinate between the different levels of the company and with external parties to complete the transaction Industry Specific
- You need to preparing market and industry research reports highlighting key issues, trends and outlook as advised by the senior team
- Undertake research on special projects or sectors to identify business opportunities including potential clients
- Able to track identified companies/sectors on a regular basis for key events and announcements
- You need to provide the industry related inputs for the creation of transaction marketing materials
- Able to conduct detailed industry analysis and develop firm Industry knowledge of one or more sectors
Administrative
- Able to responsible for all client files – hard copy and soft versions to be maintained and kept up to date and backed up on the server.
- You need to ensure that deal documents like NDAs, Engagement letters etc. are stored correctly in hard and softcopy and backed up on server
- Able to assist the senior team in drafting / negotiating NDAs and client engagement letters
- Able to set up and send out meeting and conference call requests
- You need to ensure that the closed deal process is followed (necessary client communication, preparation of tombstones, preparation of case study etc.)
- Creating and updating company databases in a timely manner
Job Qualification:
- You must have a minimum educational qualifications include a graduate degree with a focus on either finance, economics, business or closely related areas MBA / CFA/ CA
- You must have a minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance / investment banking
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You must have an energetic and decisive, with high level of integrity
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive with an ability to handle multiple transactions
- You must have an ability to communicate both verbally and in writing using business English
- You must have an ability to comfortably interact with business clients and management
- Possess excellent industry analysis, financial analysis and modelling skills
- You must have an ability to comprehend data (both qualitative & quantitative) and communicate succinctly.
- You must have a knowledge of products like term debt, working capital financing, project finance, structure products, M&A etc.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and databases (CapIQ /Bloomberg)

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
