Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Reports To: Sales Director / General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and manage our business-to-business sales activities. The ideal candidate will represent the company in building strong partnerships with key distributors such as Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, and other retail channels. This role also includes sales strategy development, account management, team coordination, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners (e.g., Best Denki, Courts, etc.).

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the B2B channel.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, to closing deals.

  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

  • Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff or sales coordinators as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, appliances

  • Strong network or experience working with large retailers and distributors in Singapore.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Scope:

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and product manager to develop sales tactics, promotional materials, and product offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve budget targets and expand market share in various sales channels.
  • Oversee sales and gross profit to ensure company-level profitability.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to drive growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Supply sell-in and sell-out data for effective inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster business opportunities.
  • Monitor advertising and promotion spending, providing regular updates on expenditure.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the SBU Head.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated history of successful B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Strong skills in networking and relationship-building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
