Job Description
- Provide End to End coordination
- Attend telephone calls, postal applications and facilitate the backend coordination
- Ensuring photocopying and digitization of documents as per mission's guidelines
- Explaining the product and services offered by the company to the customers
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- To manage gathering, compiling and organizing data which is essential for company's business operations
- To offer high degree of support to the team members and recording legal compliance documents
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
- Assisting and coordinating with front office team
Job Requirements
- Possess a 'O' Level or Secondary school certificate and/or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum 1-3 years in Customers Handling role required.
- Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential
