Job Description:
- Provide HR support in the following aspects: staffing, payroll, CPF-related matters, outsourcing review, salary proration, performance review, compensation and beefits, employee onboarding & offboarding, data reporting, employee relations, policy implementation, etc.
- Partner with and advise business leaders on all aspects of the employee life cycle and succession planning.
- Provide reports & metrics on HR issues to the business executives.
- Develop HR policies in line with local regulations.
- Enhance operational efficiency for the HR department.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree with at least 7 years of HR generalist experience in a Wholesale Bank.
- Strong knowledge in outsourcing review, compensation & benefits, policy implementation and recruitment.
- Meticulous and able to work well with a team.
