Our Bar & Service Executive will contribute to daily service as one of our Front-of-House staff, support the bar team, follow beverage recipes and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. The perfect candidate is an excellent team player, reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully, always building customer loyalty.
Salary: S$ 2,500 - $4,000 depending on work experience

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained
- Manage guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations
- Assist the Supervisors and Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning
- Participate in proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams
- Ensure adequacy of bar supplies at all times
- Prepare and serve beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure that all beverages are served according to set quality standards
- Manage and prepare ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis
- Follow the directions of the bar manager and senior team
- To maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members
- Using the POS and reservations software systems
- Execution of delivery orders
- Assist the Events team with the operations of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events
- Assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer service
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience
- Preferably a minimum of 6 months of bar operations
- Neat and organised
- Positive mindset and approachable demeanour
- Natural people skills
- A desire to deliver an experience beyond guests’ expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence with learning and handling POS systems
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised, accurate and efficient under pressure
- Has great initiative and team leadership skills
