Job Scope:
- Assist in daily bar operations, including but not limited to ingredient preparation, bar opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock control.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to customer requests and established recipes.
- Communicate new drink offerings and promotions to customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area through regular housekeeping tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
