About the role
You handle logistics coordination and administrative functions, including asset management, procurement, and financial administration for the unit.
What you will be working on
- Provide efficient and responsive logistics support
- Ensure building and infrastructure readiness to support operations
- Report Building Infrastructure (BI) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) faults
- Monitor budget requirements and utilisation
Challenge(s)
- Keeping abreast of logistics and finance initiatives
- Maintaining alignment with evolving policies
What we are looking for
- Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics and finance, preferably in the area of audit checks
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
