Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facial treatments, extraction, and basic skin care procedures
- Provide customer consultation and recommend suitable services or packages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Upsell skincare products and services professionally
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in facial or beauty services preferred
- Relevant beauty certifications (e.g. CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of skincare and facial techniques
- Friendly, customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
