Bids Manager (Ref.No. R1009645)
at our location in Singapore
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Management of Complex Bid
- Ensure a consistent bid management process across all bids using established bid management tools
- Ensure understanding of client’s RFP/tender objective, customer’s pain points and Company’s competitive advantage
- Manage communications between internal stakeholders and customers on matters pertaining to the bid (e.g. tender clarifications, corrigendum, cost + price review, etc)
- Manage the creation of the bid deliverables and ensuring review and governance, leading to the creation of a high quality proposal
- Assist Sales/ BizDev forces in Qualifying Opportunities
- Actively participate in defining and then implementing winning strategies and capture plans
You have:
- At least 10 years of experience in Project or Bid management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business
- Experience in Railway Transport sector preferred
- Result oriented, strong drive in a team context
- Technical background with strong inclination for commercial exposure
- High level of attention to details while not losing the big picture
- Able to work under pressure and work effectively by leading and motivate multi-unit ad hoc bid teams
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Demonstrated international exposure
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience with Strategic long cycle selling and dealing with public procurement processes
- Dealing with complex global matrix organization
