Job Description
1. Provide consulting service to the key customers of Singdata Lakehouse,
2. Work with local sales team to ensure that our products can meet the customer’s business needs.
3. Solution and reference build-up and reproduce, develop technical expertise and deliver cloud based Bigdata solutions.
4. Knowledge sharing with customers and partners, for example, training, tech talk and workshop delivery.
5. Driver high customer satisfaction in all engagements.
6. Travel within APAC is expected. (30%)
Position Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study, 5+ years of related work experience.
2. Solid skill with at least one of the mainstream bigdata platform, ie. Snowflake/Databrics/Clickhouse/Hadoop/Spark. Any kind of database knowledge is a plus.
3. Hand-on coding experience is preferable, especially for mission-critical and low-latency systems.
4. Good understanding of Bigdata and Database industry, experience in architecting, designing and deploying data engineering infrastructure for collecting, aggregating and analyzing data.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin are required (both speaking and reading) for a better dev/product team collaborations as some of the teams are based in China.
6. Possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent self-motivation, and learning ability; demonstrate a proactive willingness and enthusiasm to pursue success and help clients realize their value, with a passion for taking on challenges.
