- Lead , Define and maintain robust, scalable software architectures to aligned with business goals.
- Establish and promote software engineering standardsand coding best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and security teams to ensure integration of architecture into the development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams, supporting solution reviews and architectural decision-making.
- Establish performance benchmarks, metrics and KPIs to ensure technical excellence.
- Provide architectural advice, technical assessments, and solution proposals to support client engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and architectural design, including large-scale or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices and practical experience in integrating software quality, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in software performance tuning, scalability, security compliance, and resilience engineering.
- Knowledge of API design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders engagement.
