Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances
- Receiving, recording, and updating payment information in the system
- Resolving billing discrepancies, errors, and late payments
- Reconciling billing data with financial records to ensure accuracy
- Addressing client inquiries and providing assistance regarding billing issues
- Sending reminders for overdue payments and following up on outstanding balances
- Updating and maintaining client and billing information in the system
- Working with other departments, such as accounting, sales, and collections, to resolve billing issues
Requirements:
- NTC/ITC/diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field can be beneficial
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues
- Accuracy and precision are essential for maintaining accurate records and processing payments correctly
- Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and other issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field can be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
