Biomedical Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end projects, including workflow analysis and implementation of both standard and customised solutions.
• Develop procedures, tools, and resources to support partners in project execution from pre-sales to completion.
• Prepare templates and documentation to standardise project management practices.
• Lead and mentor team members in project management activities.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
• Collaborate with sales teams by conducting workflow studies and presenting proposed solutions to clients.
• Deliver training sessions related to workflow and project management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant science or technical discipline
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics equipment is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30%.
