1. Work in air-con environment; dealing with visitors which are mainly visitors & the public.
2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate with library users. Good People skills. Able to guide visitors to different section of the library & provide information about the daily special events.
3. Day/Night Shift; 12hr-shift
4. Any educational background
5. Job duties include answer customers enquiries, patrolling, issue visitors pass, protecting libraries’ premise and access control, noise control, etc.
6. Possess valid security licence.
