Job Responsibilities
- Key financial planning and analysis support for F&B.
- Main support in research and resolve restaurant inquiries relating to actual, forecast and budgeting.
- Main support in the development of the annual operating budget.
- Prepare routine financial and operational reports for Management and Operations.
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial KPI reviews, and periodic forecast reports.
- Provide support in analyzing business performance metrics and provide findings to Management.
- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions in special projects as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge of emerging trends related to analytics, statistical, and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Prior experience at a “Big Four” public accounting firm is desirable
- Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient/timely manner
- Experience in IBM Planning Analytics is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both, verbal and written)
- Strong working knowledge with MS Excel, Excel VBA and PowerPoint, experience in any programming language, simulation software, and data analytics software is highly desired
- Experience in developing data visualizations through Power BI is desirable
