About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to be part of our team. You will be assigned to a Singapore Government project, where you’ll work directly with stakeholders to shape digital solutions that make a real impact on citizens’ lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale IT projects in the public sector, while sharpening your skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with government stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear deliverables.
- Document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support development teams.
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements for efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure requirements are met.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.
- Draw wireframes to visualise the website and application to be delivered based on requirements,
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in different business sectors.
- Familiarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma.
- Singaporean / Singapore PR that may apply
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of UML (BPMN, ERD, State-Transition Flow).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Certification for Agile or Business Analyst
