- Attend to request for quote through the online portal
- Liaise with clients and insurers on policies renewal and new business placement
- Source for new business and build good rapport with insurers in order to secure the best deals for our clients
- Answer product-related enquiries from clients and provide solutions
- Perform premium and benefits comparison by analysing the data obtained and propose solutions to clients
- Conduct Benefits Presentation sessions
- Monthly reporting of the new business's conversion rate and policy renewal's retention rate
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline and above
- BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI certifications are essential
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table VLookup), MS PowerPoint and MS Word
