Job Responsibilities
- Plan, pursue, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Greet clients, introduce the brand, and ensure a positive brand image.
- Provide sales services, including assisting clients with photo selection in-store or at external locations.
- Explain package details clearly and manage customer orders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to pre-shoot and post-shoot processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner businesses.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional presentation of the workplace and company premises. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; background in sales, retail, or service-related fields preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, client servicing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to explain products/packages clearly and handle customer inquiries confidently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage pre- and post-sales administrative tasks.
- Proactive team player with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Willingness to maintain a professional company image and workplace cleanliness.
- Flexibility to handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
