- Coordinate with the main contractor supervisor to work with and attend to the EMSU-related urgent and all planned work schedules at all locations
- This job requires promptly responding to phone calls and messages generated and submitted through the case management system regarding urgent building repair assistance needs, and driving to the customer's location for all emergency and urgent pipe leaks, pump repairs, and electrical system issues within 30 minutes, as per contractual requirements.
- Plan the construction sequence for various work trades in our subcontract work. - Coordinate and lead the working teams for the inspection of works by the Building Engineer and/or Manager when needed
- Coordinate the water tank cleaning, flushing as per legal requirements, and completion of certification processes
- Dispatch samples for testing, collect results, submit to the Licenced Plumber, and scan to safely keep a digital copy of results accurately without fail
- Create draft water service works notifications, completion of works submissions for all the Licensed Plumber jobs in the PUB system, accurately and on time
- Must be IT savvy to browse jobs available online in Singapore constantly and market ideas to get hacking, demolition, disposal of construction debris, household furniture, and structure dismantle and disposal related works
- Follow up and monitor working teams' QAQC issues for timely closeout report submission to our clientele on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as instructed by them.
- Arrange and send the worker to the urgent schedule case location for repair and rectification. This is not time-based work, and you may need to be hands-on, depending on the site's needs.
- Coordinate, obtain, and submit the completion certificate without fail, and follow up on the invoice submission to the owner without fail. This is the most important work in the whole process.
- Ensure to take pre-order and timely delivery of all construction materials to the teams without delay for timely completion. You must focus on this to avoid delay in this process; it may cause LD and other project issues
- Review daily reports from vendors and ensure all daily activities are properly recorded in the reports prior to circulation to Project Director/Manager.
- Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods by the team workers and members
- Responsible for attendance to site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors at the site level.
- Must attend the site survey for the new projects and enumerate with details and calculations for the new tenders and job referrals
- Driving Licence is a plus and added advantage
