Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current business and project workflows.
- Recommend IT-based solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Support implementation of digital tools (e.g., project tracking, reporting, workflow automation).
- Coordinate with project, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of IT systems.
- Assist management in data analysis and preparing proposals for clients.
- Maintain compliance with company documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools/software is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
