Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement end-to-end business transformation initiatives.
- Drive process re-engineering to optimise workflows and operations.

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business transformation and project implementation.
- Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
