We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at our ice cream café. The ideal candidate is passionate about F&B service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver an outstanding customer experience while managing the team and ensuring smooth outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of service and product quality
- Manage and lead the team: recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management
- Drive outlet sales and profitability through excellent customer service and upselling
- Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and ensure proper stock levels
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily financial reporting
- Assist in executing marketing promotions and seasonal menu launches
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in café or quick-service environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
