A brand-new outlet at the vibrant Bugis Street, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team!
Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bugis Street, Singapore
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent guest experience through high service standards
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control
- Handle reservations, guest feedback, and front-of-house operations
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions
- Ensure compliance with NEA, safety, and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, hands-on, and customer-focused personality
- Familiarity with Western cuisine and bar operations a bonus
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as needed
