Title: Partnerships Associate (Intern)
Location: 1 Raffles Place #35-61 One Raffles Place Tower 2
Duration: 16 - 24 weeks (min 4 months & up to 6 months)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 day WFO, 1 day WFH)
Reporting To: Product and Partnerships Manager (Tiger BOSS Debit Card)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will support the Tiger BOSS Debit Card product's endeavors in building a robust partnerships system to incentivise utilisation of the Tiger BOSS Debit Card. This includes:
- Reaching out to potential partners of various verticals (F&B, Lifestyle, Fashion, Travel & Entertainment, Utilities etc.) to expand our partnership ecosystem
- Proposing various partnership mechanics to drive card acquisitions and utilisation
- Utilising and updating internal platforms to onboard partners
- Monitor and analyse performance of partners and drive ideation to push for card adoption
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Backend support on in-house platforms to craft and push out owned channels (eDMs, social media, Push Notifications etc.) for partners
- Planning and executing of Marketing Campaigns for Tiger BOSS Debit Card
- Support in planning and executing partnerships related events or campaigns
- Support any strategic product development for Tiger BOSS Debit Card
- Support in Tiger BOSS Debit Card product page enhancement
- Support the team on fulfilment of CRM endeavors
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Good/fluent command of Mandarin language (reading and writing) is not essential but would be a plus. You will be working closely with our stakeholders in China.
- Creative writing skills
- Interest in graphic design is not essential but would be a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Interest in partnerships, business development, or strategic growth
