Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective commercial/corporate/FIG clients.
- Understand and appreciate the clients’ as well as prospects’ processes, functions as well as having the ability to fully appreciate buying patterns and dynamics for effective solutioning.
- Drive business through growth of portfolio to meet balance, revenue and mandate KPIs.
- Assist in all Cash Management product commercialization activities.
- Feedback any product requirements or any issues faced to Product team.
- Engage in task force or projects (if required) such as projects to improvise processes, product development, inter-department tasks etc.
- To assist and participate in events/activities/polls to further brand name and visibility of franchise.
Business Performance and Management
- Build pipelines and achieve closures / mandated deals by negotiating pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions; contributing to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals.
- Ensure that coverage teams and clients’ cash management requirements are properly scoped with suitable solutions and pricing, if required.
- Support and conduct account planning sessions with coverage teams.
- Liaise with all key business partners to secure successful mandates, RFI/RFP replies e.g. BU, product, channels, operations etc.
People Management
- Support Relationship Managers (various Business Units) for joint marketing calls and cross-sell / up-sell of cash solutions to client; and conduct trainings to Relationship Managers in the area of solution selling to clients.
Regulatory Compliance
- Participate in audits and ensuring that processes are adhered to and complied.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance and Business Administration
- At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in Cash Management or Relationship Management role
- Prior Cash Management knowledge will be preferred
- Experience in product sales will be required

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Ability to develop (with appropriate internal parties) and apply innovative end to end propositions that will generate significant business opportunities within similar industry specific companies
- Demonstrate a strong inclination to building bridges as well as appreciate differing views with stakeholders- both internal and external
