As a Cashier, you will manage all aspects of the point-of-sale experience—from welcoming customers and processing payments to handling returns, reconciling cash drawers, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. - Handle general cashiering duties, such as transactions, opening and settlement
- Manage in store petty cash
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments using the POS system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions in line with company policies.
- Input customers data into customer registration card and update CS2000
- Be knowledgeable of promotion mechanics and upsell at point of transaction
- Ensure right discount/promo code is updated & new log in CS2000
- Uphold loss prevention and security procedures at the register.
- Perform daily cash register reconciliation and ensure accurate settlement of all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front-of-store.
