This role will be leading a category within the e-Commerce products team. Responsible for driving significant growth in category Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and margin. This role demands a strategic focus on customer-centricity and achievement of key performance indicators within your categories including improving market share, customer satisfaction (NPS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve category GMV and margin growth targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with customer needs, through providing what the
customer wants in terms of assortment and value.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform category strategy and decision-making.
- Achieve category sales, profit and income goals and objectives through developing and implementing strategic business plans
for the assigned categories.
- Develop, implement, and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs.
- Establish collaborative brand/supplier/seller relationships to maximise income/terms/discounts to improve sales and
profitability of category.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years' e-Commerce and Grocery / Retailer experience
- Strong interest in food and grocery / retail business
