Job Description
- To prepare from only high quality authentic BANGLADESHI & SOUTH INDIAN cuisines
- Knowledge of herbs and spices, cook Bangladeshi and Indian dishes dishes in its traditional way.
- Ensure that all the foods are freshly prepared and the food standards are met.
- Introducing new dishes and menus.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels and inventory.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Possesses the unique authentic curry taste for our customers
- Experience in Bangladeshi and South Indian cuisines is a must
- Monitoring portions and waste control.
- A deep understanding of authentic food preparation.
- Capacity to work under pressure during the extremely busy period with 400 to 1000 pax
Requirements
- Possessed valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- This is a full time and permanent position and required to be fulfilled by an experienced chef working in a similar industry.
- Requires to work on weekends and public holidays.
