Job description - Administrative Support
- Responsible for answering enquiries and providing accurate information to the customers via all digital channels.
- Bookings (book and sending of booking confirmation)
- Calling and seek feedback for Trial.
- Follow up for term students
- Direct emails requiring special attention to relevant parties and ensure that they are followed up accordingly.
- Coordinate all outlet purchase requisition.
- Pack and arrange for all PR orders (once a month)
- Replying to company’s Social Media and Company WhatsApp
- Checking of outlet outstanding
- Follow up on outstanding.
Skills/Qualification
- Minimum ITE
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and efficient
- Competent with using computer with Microsoft Office
- 5-day work week (mandatory to work on weekends when events or exhibitions are scheduled)
