Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures and lounge access eligibility.
- Attend to guests’ needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle special requests, guest feedback, and service recovery with discretion and efficiency.
- Provide attentive table service, including taking and serving orders, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
- Maintain familiarity with the lounge’s food and beverage offerings, including knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
- Assist in food and beverage presentation and replenishment to ensure consistent quality.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable working shift hours
Other information:
- Working location: Changi Airport Terminals
- Working hours: 6 days per week rotating shift including overnight
