Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
- Manage reservations via phone, online booking platforms, or walk-ins
- Maintain an organized waitlist and ensure timely seating
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu, location, and operating hours
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area Support general administrative and front-of-house duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in English (additional languages a plus)
- Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
