Responsibilities
- Responsible for chartering CAPE vessels and developing market opportunities
- Maintain effective communication with clients, owners, and brokers
- Monitor and analyze market trends, freight rates, and fleet movements
- Support expansion of the company’s freight derivatives (e.g., FFA) trading activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in dry bulk shipping, with at least 1 year in chartering
- Strong interest in CAPE chartering, shipping derivatives, and commodity markets
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced market environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Experience in FFA or commodity futures trading is a strong plus
- Exceptional candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered
