Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage vessel resources, including vessel sourcing, negotiating charter terms, and contract signing
- Oversee charter party contract management: review terms, handle disputes, and ensure smooth execution
- Manage the shipping process: coordinate transportation issues, resolve emergencies, and track voyages
- Conduct market analysis: collect market data, analyze freight trends, and forecast influencing factors
- Manage risk and cost control: evaluate business performance, control chartering costs, and identify potential risks
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years of experience in Singapore
- Prior experience in chartering dry bulk vessels is required
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
- 13th month bonus (performance-based)
