Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Oversee smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Develop new, innovative, and nutrition-focused recipes
Lead and guide kitchen team members
Manage inventory to avoid waste and ensure sufficient ingredients
Create and implement standard kitchen procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with food safety rules and keep the kitchen clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a chef or in a similar role
Passion for healthy cooking and knowledge of nutrition
Strong leadership skills to manage a team
Detail-oriented, able to handle inventory and procedures
Proficient in Word, Excel, or Google Docs
