Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture business requirement gathering, process mapping, walk-thru requirement and design / collaborate with technical team / end-user training.
- Analyze and document business requirements for eBudgeting, eInvoice, eRebate, eDealMaster and ePriceSim modules, ensuring alignment with NSC group companies' needs.
- Deliver 100% of phase 1 modules design/alignment with biz/design sign-off (eBudgeting, eInvoice, eRebate, eDealMaster and ePriceSim modules) on time and within budget.
- Design and document workflow solution on ServiceNow and streamline internal organization approval processes (budget approvals, invoice processing, rebate management).
- Work closely with customer cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement, Finance) , external vendors, ServiceNow COE.
- Report to the ServiceNow Lead/ Project Manager/Program Lead for NSC PATH implementation.
- Ensure workflows comply with ServiceNow Development Procedure Best Practice / NSC Companies policies, and data security regulations.
- Collaborate with surrounding systems team to ensure designs align with integration requirements, such as SAP and MuleSoft.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and new system capabilities, proposing scalable/future proof and effective solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories, collaborating with technical teams for system configuration.
- Align designs with business objectives and obtain design sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops, status updates, and change management communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Business.
- 3+ years of working experience as a Functional Consultant or in similar business process.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing Travel, Claim Request Approval, Invoice Creation and Approval, Budget Application Approval, and Discount Approval Applications.
- Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
