Key Responsibilities
- Execute or assist in food preparation at designated stations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of your workstation at all times
- Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and speed
- Assist with ingredient prep, restocking, and mise en place
- Follow recipes, marination standards, plating guides, and portion controls
- Support the Head Chef and team during service and training
- Contribute to smoking, grilling, or finishing of meat cuts if experienced
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred for Chef de Partie roles
- Training provided for Commis-level candidates with the right attitude
- Able to handle kitchen pressure and follow instructions precisely
- Familiarity with hygiene protocols, ingredient storage, and prep standards

Salary Range
