Job Responsibilities 工作职责
- Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Chinese pastries (e.g., mooncakes, wife cakes, pineapple cakes, walnut cookies, egg tarts, sesame balls, etc.)
- Develop and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Manage ingredients inventory and ensure freshness and hygiene standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily production
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with food safety regulations
- Assist in seasonal or festive pastry development and packaging preparation
Job Requirements 招聘条件
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Chinese pastry making preferred
- Familiar with traditional Chinese baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Team player with a positive work attitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods
