Pastry Chef:
- Salary: From $3,200, depending on experience
Details:
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 11am to 11pm (2 hours break)
- Cuisine: Italian/Western
Locations:
- Asia Square Tower (near Downtown MRT, Shenton Way MRT)
- South Beach Avenue (near Esplanade MRT)
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- To assist in food preparation and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness
- Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry
- Experience in Italian dessert or pastry is an added advantage
- Must have an interest or passion in pastries
- Food-oriented and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of food and ingredients
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
