Job Description
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, may require across multiple job sites.
- Lead and manage site cleaners to ensure service quality and coverage.
- Provide hands-on support with onsite cleaning when needed.
- Plan manpower allocation, create work schedules, and manage attendance records.
- Resolve onsite issues including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting.
- Supervise the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- Willingness to perform onsite cleaning tasks during manpower shortages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
