About the role
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Springmount Services Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within Hotels and International School. In this full-time role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across our clients' facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Inspect cleaning work to guarantee quality standards are met
- Identify any issues or areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to develop their skills
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to cleaning activities
- Assist the management team with administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a related leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and materials
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry
- Willing to work on 12 hour shift schedule
