We’re looking for a Customer Care and Engagement Executive who takes pride in making customers feel valued and heard. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service experiences, but you’ll also keep an eye out for opportunities to introduce solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Listen actively to understand customer needs, concerns and goals
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive, professional tone
- Recommend suitable products or upgrades based on each customer’s situation
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM
- Work with the sales team to hand over warm leads for follow-up
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Empathy, patience and a service-first mindset
- Ability to learn product/service features and explain them clearly
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable with light sales conversations when appropriate
