Looking for Client Management Specialist

Salary: $2800 - $3000
Work days: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30am)
Working location: Tai Seng
Job duties:
- Manage both internal and external customer relationship (handling complaints etc) in service oriented manner and professionally
- Periodically seek for service enhancement and opportunities to improve on servicing skills (Conduct gap analysis, cost reducing matters etc)
- Manage and lead for new projects (If required) and other new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of working experience in logistic / supply chain or relevant industry
- Candidate with client management / account management experience is preferred
- Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- IT / Tech savvy
