We’re looking for an Account Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — making sure client needs are met, projects run smoothly, and relationships stay strong. As a Account Servicing Executive, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and communications.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client growth opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve services and address any concerns.
