We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Client Success Manager cum Project Manager to join our growing team! This hybrid role combines client relationship management with hands-on project coordination to deliver exceptional service and successful product implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Account Management
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Provide onboarding support, product installation, user training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner and follow through to resolution
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product Team to enhance product usability and features
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist with billing matters including timely payment collection
- Monitor and maintain customer health metrics, ensuring high service quality and client retention
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee client-related implementation or enhancement projects from initiation to delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Development, Support, etc.)
- Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related fields
- 2+ years experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage
- A team player with a customer-first mindset and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
