- Work with legal teams and product teams globally to advise on monetization products
- Provide business stakeholders with legal and compliance advice across a wide range of subject areas, including advertising, privacy, intellectual property, platform/publisher liability, product liability, contract and consumer protection laws;
- Draft and advise on product features and platform terms of use, privacy policies and guidelines;
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with advertisers, agencies, creators, service providers and ad tech companies;
- Provide legal advice to business teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Assist with updating contract models and templates as necessary; and
- Instruct and liaise with external counsels as necessary.
